crepe paper feathers. I was destined to be a storyteller.

I wrote, illustrated, and published my first children's
picture book in 10th grade. Mrs. Lerud was a great
teacher (even if she only gave me a B+ on my book). As
you can see from the tiny sketch, I was not destined to
be an illustrator; however, I love to write for children.
